Our pre-sized linen artist surfaces, also known as glued canvases, are exclusively supplied by Claessens and loomed from highest grade linen flax. Only a glue layer is applied to the linen so that the natural colour is shown. The pre-sized linen canvas rolls are available in fine, medium, and coarse textures. Our range of pre-sized linen artist surfaces is ready to be painted directly on, or you can apply a primer of your own choice. It is suitable for all artist paints. Linen canvas is traditionally the artist's surface of choice and makes beautiful artist canvases for your art. All pre-sized linen artist surfaces (glued canvases) are available in rolls of 1m and 10m.
